● Deliver clear, reliable, actionable performance metrics to the business in support

of corporate strategy and OKR’s

● Collaborate with senior leaders and C-suite executives to understand their

communication goals and objectives.

● Leverage data to help improve business processes

● Determine the analytical needs of stakeholders

● Develop, communicate, and execute a vision for meeting stakeholder’s needs

● Lead efficient, accurate and timely data analysis efforts

● Develop relationships with various internal customers and remain current with

the direction of the overall business plans

● Collaborate with internal customers to develop analyses that lead to actionable


● Analyze data, create appropriate output, and present succinct findings to

What you bring to the team:
● 1-2+ years of reporting and analysis experience
● Experience developing reports using SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Tableau
(other visualization tools considered.)
● Self starter, being able to interpret key business needs and strategies and deliver key
insights to drive business decisions.
● Experience in designing, reporting and delivering business intelligence
● Working knowledge of reporting tools and querying applications
● Ability to convert and present analyzed data into useful information
● Ability to quickly learn new systems and data models
● Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Time management and organization skills which work both for you as an
individual and within a team setting.

● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● This is a remote position. Must have reliable Wi-Fi.
● Some evening and weekend work hours may be needed on occasion.
● Any degree and field of study are welcome; communication-related degrees are a plus.
