Our team members are game changers. For your role on the team, you will:

  • Lead and Manage Recruitment Teams: Direct and manage a team of recruiters, including hiring, training, and performance management to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with Account Management, Credentialing, and Clinician Care teams to ensure a seamless experience for clinicians through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Report and Track Metrics: Oversee regular reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and team performance, ensuring data-driven insights are leveraged to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Conduct quality checks, including listening to recruitment call recordings, to uphold recruitment standards and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching to recruiters, enhance training programs, and ensure continuous development within the team.
  • Facilitate Submissions and Process Optimization: Streamline submissions through Snapcare’s systems, working with the Product team to enhance and optimize recruitment processes and system features.
  • Snapcare System Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the SnapCare system, ensuring optimized usage for recruitment processes.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting management
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting with a strong grasp of travel nursing, PRN, and healthcare staffing industries
  • Proficient experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board/sourcing platforms
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, both individually and within a team setting

Nice to Have:

  • Strong experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, pivot tables in Excel
  • Experience in project management

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
  • This is a remote position. Must have reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Some evening and weekend work hours may be needed on occasion
