This role is responsible for tracking and operationalizing the organization. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and driving org-wide process improvement and effectiveness.
Monitor, report and facilitate execution of the organization
Lead complex and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Serve as a catalyst to drive and develop an operator mentality organization wide.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through personal application and distribution of tools, methodologies, and best practice.
Lead detailed process definition and documentation of work streams and ensure cross- departmental dependencies, requirements, and impacts are represented and understood.
Apply organizational change management tools and methodologies to improve the adoption of new processes, reduce impacts to team members and improve communication on what changes are being made and why.
Create benchmarks to help functional leaders measure efficiency and determine if processes are optimal.
Challenge non-value-add activities and work with cross-functional teams to identify and improve processes.
Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery and systematic capture and reporting of action items and OKRs.
Analyze company information and processes to find areas of waste, duplication and frequent errors.
Other note: This position is remote, but may be required to travel to attend meetings.
