Position: Direct Hire Healthcare Recruiter

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 with 12% fee commissions

Job Description:

As a Direct Hire Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on direct hire and permanent placement roles within healthcare organizations. Your ability to source, assess, and connect with healthcare professionals in acute care, allied health, and post-acute settings will be crucial to your success in this role.


✓ Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, or 2+ years of healthcare recruiting combined with 2+ years of direct hire recruiting.

✓ Some experience in allied healthcare recruitment.

✓ Familiarity with recruiting for healthcare professionals in Acute Care and Allied Health, as well as post-acute settings.

✓ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

✓ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

✓ Ability to think critically and outside of the box to find the best talent.

✓ Hunger and passion for exceeding recruitment goals.

✓ Adaptability to a remote work environment and the ability to produce results independently.

✓ Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in recruitment.


➢ Candidates with less than 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience will not be considered.

➢ No candidates with a background at Maxim Healthcare.


• Source and engage with healthcare professionals for direct hire and permanent positions.

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent.

• Think creatively and strategically to identify and attract passive candidates.

• Provide excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
