- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of social sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates and build a robust pipeline.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Track department KPI’s and coach talent to ensure performance alignment
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze information, weigh options and take initiative to resolve issues effectively.

What you bring to the team:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience
- Competitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills
Nice to Have:
- Healthcare Staffing industry experience preferably PRN contracts
What else?
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Some evening and weekend work may be needed
