● Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision and operational strategy.
● Translate strategy into actionable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for performance
and growth.
● Harmonize (OKRs) with company dashboards, weekly company performance
discussions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Board of Directors meetings.
● Oversee strategic initiatives from development through execution, partnering with the
Senior Leadership team and initiative owners.
● Spearhead the implementation of new operational processes and/or meeting formats, or
adjust existing ones to boost organizational performance.
● Facilitate the resolution of strategic and operational issues across teams.
● Serve as a strategic advisor, helping to clarify goals, remove obstacles, monitor and
optimize performance.
● Provide actionable insights to the CEO and senior leaders
