- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand our clients' requirements, and maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, conducting thorough screenings to assess skills and interest
- Coordinate interviews, provide guidance to candidates, and effectively communicate clients' expectations
- Make job offers and assist with onboarding tasks to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates
- Maintain a strong professional brand by utilizing internal tools and social media platforms to engage with candidates and share industry-related content
- Regularly engage with professional social media platforms, follow industry leaders, and stay updated on industry information to enhance your expertise

What you bring to the team:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement
- Self-motivated and driven by success, with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets
- Competitive and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding industry
- A self-educator, constantly staying informed and up to date about the current staffing market
- Demonstrates professionalism in behavior, communication, and approach
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 plus commissions
