SnapCare is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in bringing SnapCare’s brand to life across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to execute high-quality creative assets that drive engagement and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and impactful execution across all touchpoints.

Our team members are game changers. For your role on the team, you will:

  • Support conference and event materials, including booth refreshes, signage, handouts, promotional materials, and branded collateral
  • Design assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, landing pages, print materials, and other ad hoc creative requests across the organization
  • Contribute to website design projects, including landing page layouts, visual updates, and UX-informed design improvements
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer to ensure brand integrity, consistency, and adherence to SnapCare’s visual guidelines
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Incorporate feedback from marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs
  • Maintain organized design files and contribute to the ongoing evolution of SnapCare’s brand assets and templates

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or within a marketing-focused environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and campaign-based design work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva
  • Proficiency in project management tools to manage projects and tasks
  • Experience designing for web and understanding of basic UX/UI principles
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
